The leased area amounts to approximately 6,000 square metres and forms part of a logistics property located in Viared, one of Sweden's larger logistics and industrial areas. This is the first letting of the property, which in total equals approximately 23,000 square metres. Elanders provides end-to-end solutions in logistics, print and packaging. The new lease enables continued expansion for the company. The property is well situated between major motorways, Gothenburg Landvetter Airport and the Port of Gothenburg, providing excellent connectivity for logistics operations.
