CBRE Investment Management has appointed Victoria Kjellström as Asset Manager Residential, further strengthening the firm's Nordic residential platform. Victoria will join the business on 17 August and will be responsible for asset management across the firm's Nordic residential portfolio.
Victoria joins from Fokus Nordic, where she has worked across both asset management and investment management, with responsibility for business planning, financial analysis, ESG initiatives and transaction execution. Prior to that, she worked within Capital Markets at Colliers. She holds an MSc in Finance from Kent Business School and a BSc in Real Estate Development and Brokerage from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
Over the past five years, CBRE Investment Management has built a residential portfolio across Sweden and Denmark with a value of more than SEK 6 billion and continues to invest in and strengthen its Nordic residential platform.
The appointment marks an important first step in the continued development of CBRE Investment Management's Nordic residential asset management platform. In parallel, the firm has initiated the recruitment of a Senior Asset Manager, with the two roles forming the foundation of the next phase of growth for the residential team.
Jenny Bay, Head of Transactions and Investment Operations, CBRE Investment Management Nordics, commented:
"We are delighted to welcome Victoria to CBRE Investment Management. She combines a strong analytical background with hands-on experience across both investment and asset management, making her an excellent addition to the team. Over the past five years, we have built a residential portfolio across Sweden and Denmark valued at more than SEK 6 billion. Victoria's appointment marks the next step in strengthening our Nordic residential platform as we continue to invest in both talent and capabilities to support our long-term growth ambitions."
