Capman Real Estate acquired the property in 2022. During its ownership, Capman Real Estate implemented several measures to improve the property's environmental performance, including achieving a BREEAM Very Good certification and installing solar panels. The sale was completed above the property’s latest valuation, reflecting the continued demand for well-located logistics assets.

In the same area, Capman Real Estate has also developed a 45,000 square metre logistics property on behalf of its value-add fund, Capman Nordic Real Estate III. The property was completed during the summer and due to good demand is already 50 percent leased to Rexel whilst the leasing of the remaining space continues.
