Louko will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the real estate business, driving the implementation of its strategy, and leading the team. He will report to Conficap Managing Director Erik Toivanen.

“As a member of Conficap’s Board, I have had the opportunity to follow the company’s development closely, and I am delighted to now become involved in the operational side of the business and work with the team to put our plans into action. There are many opportunities in the real estate business, and I am taking on the role with great enthusiasm,” Louko says.

Jani Pulkkinen will continue in his role as Construction Development Manager, focusing on construction development and the development of real estate projects. The new division of responsibilities will bring additional capacity and experience to the management of the business, while allowing Pulkkinen to focus even more closely on his core areas of expertise.

“I see this as a very positive solution for Conficap’s real estate business. Antti and I have worked together before, and it is great to have his experience involved in the day-to-day operations. With the new division of responsibilities, I can focus more strongly on construction development and our projects. We now have a very strong team in place to move the business forward together,” Pulkkinen says.
