Carolina Herling joins Areim from Savills Sweden, where she has served as Head of Investment since 2021, leading the company’s Swedish transaction advisory business. She brings extensive experience of the Swedish real estate market, transaction expertise and strong industry relationships with investors, property owners and other market participants.
