Logicor, owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has signed a lease agreement with ATV Huset AB for a brand new, state-of-the- art urban logistics facility in Gothenburg, Sweden. The agreement covers the entirety of the property's approximately 7,000 square metres, meaning Logicor Park Backa is now fully let.
Logicor Park Backa is strategically located within a well-established logistics hub, Tagene area, just 10 kilometres from central Gothenburg. It is a strong logistics location with direct access to major motorways and the Port of Gothenburg. The newly developed facility meets high standards of efficiency and functionality, tailored for city-near last-mile distribution, light industry and B2B showroom use.
Logicor's development has a robust sustainability profile and has been awarded BREEAM Excellent certification. Biodiversity has been incorporated through climbing plants on the façade, green areas and planting schemes. The building is fitted with energy-efficient installations, rooftop solar panels, EV charging stations, and is prepared for future truck charging infrastructure.
ATV Huset AB is continuing its investment in e-commerce and is relocating its operations to a new, modern logistics centre in Backa. The company is one of the Nordic region's leading e commerce retailers of spare parts, accessories and equipment for ATVs and UTVs, and the new facility represents a key investment to meet growing demand. With greater warehouse capacity, more efficient logistics and modern premises for storage and office use, the company is creating the conditions for continued growth and even better service to customers across the Nordics.
“The letting of Logicor Park Backa is fully in line with our strategy and demonstrates the strength of combining a strategic location and an attractive product with high sustainability ambitions. We are delighted to welcome ATV Huset as a new tenant and to support their continued expansion. ATV Huset is a well-established company with more than 20 years in the industry, and we are looking forward to a long-term and close partnership,” says Eva Sterner, Senior Director, Head of Sweden.
“We're not just building a bigger warehouse – we're building a platform for the next phase of our development. With this investment, we're strengthening our position as a leading e commerce player in ATVs and UTVs across the Nordics,” says Andreas Bane, owner, ATV Huset.
