The new project, Nemushusen, is located on Tellusgatan in Planetstaden, one of Lund’s most attractive residential areas. Folkhem plans to develop approximately 50 timber homes here, comprising larger apartments with spacious outdoor rooms, close to the city center, the university and regional transport links. Construction is scheduled to start in 2027.

Planetstaden has a unique architectural identity and a history of innovative housing development. Folkhem has selected Wingårdhs, one of Sweden’s most prominent architectural firms and a leading player in modern timber architecture, for the design.

Together with Wingårdhs, Folkhem aims to create a project that builds on the qualities of the site while serving as a model for the development of sustainable housing of the future.
