Utstillingsplassen Eiendom purchases three subsidiaries to Vangsveien Eiendom, to 60 percent owned by Hamar county and 40 percent by Ringsaker county.

The deal encompasses a 10,600 sqm office building in Hamar Centrum, fully leased with Eidsiva Energi as the largest tenant, and two land areas which are currently being used for parking, but with the possibility of construction 29,000 and 6,500 sqm.

Utstillingsplassen Eiendom owns approximately 400,000 sqm in Norway. The company’s largest owners are Huagans Hus/Benika (43,55%), OBOS Forretningsbygg AS (38,34%) and Hathon Holding AS (10,10%).
