The property is strategically located on campus. Today it encompasses 11,700 sqm but has high development potential.

The University of Oslo has been tenants in parts of the property for years. The other tenants are Nemko AS, DNV Presafe and Folkhälsoinstitutet.

“The acquisition is a strategic and future-oriented investment” says dean of the University Ole Petter Ottersen.
