The seller is a syndicate of Norwegian investors.

The leasable area totals approximately 30,400 sqm. The property’s largest tenant is Østfold University College and the average lease term is 13.7 years, calculated from the beginning of 2015.

Possession will be taken on March 6, at the latest.

Accordingly, Hemfosa has to date during 2015 acquired a total of eight community service properties in Norway at an underlying property value of about SEK 3 billion (€315m).

“We are happy for the opportunity to acquire another excellent community service property in Norway, in an expanding area in Fredrikstad and with close proximity to Oslo,” comments Hemfosa´s CEO Jens Engwall.

Hemfosa is listed on the Swedish stock market. Hemfosa owns properties at a value of approximately MSEK 27 (€2,800m).
