Sagax has also acquired an industrial property of 3,300 sqm in southern Stockholm, a smaller industrial property in Uppsala and an industrial property of 19,600 sqm ransomed area and 7,400 sqm industrial properties in Herblay, outside of Paris. The total purchase sum amounts to MSEK 690.

Sagax purchases a research and development facility in Uleåborg, Finland. The property encompasses 67,600 sqm leasable area and 118,500 sqm ransomed land area. The property is fully leased on a long-term cold lease. Possession will be taken during the third quarter.
