The office building is located in Kvarteret Svalan in central Skellefteå. The body consists largely of solid wood and the office area is about 7,100 sq.m.

"The house becomes a beautiful eye-catcher that you see directly when you drive in to Skellefteå from the south. We look forward to getting started with the project," says Susanne Hallberg, regional manager of Peab.

The assignment is a general contract with construction start in August 2019 and the completion time is calculated until March 2021.

The project was notified in the third quarter of 2019.
