Varma has sold a major office block located in Vallila, inner city of Helsinki to Fleming Properties (AB), a company established by Pareto Securities. The purchase price is approximately EUR 130 million.

Vallila is a popular office location, only 2.5 km from Helsinki CBD, attracting headquarters of companies like Unilever, General Electrics Finland and Amer Sports. The block comprises two office buildings providing together a total lettable area of 41,000 sq m and approximately 500 parking spaces. The block is anchored by SOK, the administrative organisation of S Group, with almost 90% of the total area. The two office buildings have been undergoing an extensive refurbishment that will be completed on 2020.
