Midgård 12 is located in central Köping and consists of 3,500 sqm retail and office space. The property is sold to Sterner Stenhus Fastigheter.

The project property Handelsmannen 1 and the industry and retail property Storsten 2 are both located in central Norrtälje. The properties have a combined leasable area of approximately 9,900 sqm. Handelsmannen 1 has a 75% vacancy level. Both properties are sold to Genova Property Group.

Following the divestments, Kungsleden leaves both Köping and Norrtälje lowering the geographical presence to 64 municipalities.
