Skanska invest SEK 480 Million in Poland

Nordic — Skanska is investing approximately SEK 480 million in a new building belonging to the Centrum Poludnie office project in Wroclaw, Poland. The 13-storey building will have a total lettable area of 21,500 square meters and a garage with 200 spaces.

The building is expected to receive several certifications that will be awarded to future-proof, high-quality office premises: LEED Platinum, WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health & Safety Rating and Building without Barriers.

Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2021 and is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2022.

Centrum Poludnie is Skanska's seventh development project in Wroclaw. The office project will have a total lettable area of approximately 85,000 square meters. The first phase, which consists of two buildings with a total area of 28,100 square meters, is more than 60 percent leased.
