Ica Fastigheter has completed the acquisition by exercising a repurchase option. The acquisition gives Ica Fastigheter sole control over the property and Ica Fastigheter can thus enable the development of Ica's largest logistics property in a more rapid manner. Ica Fastigheter and Alecta Fastigheter still co-own Ancore Fastigheter together.

Långeberga Logistik covers just over 105,600 square meters and the property value amounts to just over SEK 2.3 billion in 2022.
