Julius Tallberg has sold a property in Espoo and the building located there to the data center operator At North Oy. The area of the sold property is approximately 7,000 sqm.

"Tallberg will have a strong foothold in Espoo, as our portfolio includes properties in Sinimäki, Sinikallio, Kera, Tapiola, Niittykummu and Suomenoja", comments CEO Timo Valtonen of Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöstö.

Tallberg's advisors in the transaction were Goodform Oy and Properta Asianajotoimisto Oy.
