The property has served as a manufacturing site for industrial conveyor belts for over 60 years. Aare Invest Oy is developing new warehouse, logistics and production premises on the property and ContiTech Finland Oy will simultaneously lease 2,650 square meters of new premises from Aare Invest Oy in Jasperinkuja, Pirkkala with a long-term lease agreement. The premises at both properties will be constructed by Meijou Oy.

The floor area of the divested premises is approximately 12,200 square meters, of which circa 11,000 square meters is lettable. The current zoning plan enables circa 15,000 square meters of new construction on the site and also additional 15.000 square meters construction.

Both Myllypuro as well as Jasperinkuja have excellent logistical positions along the Tampere Ring Road.
