Akelius has ended the credit rating agreement with Fitch Ratings. The rating for the entities Akelius Residential Property AB and Akelius Property Financing B.V. will be withdrawn, accordingly.
Akelius continues to be rated under the credit rating agreement with Standard & Poor’s.
CEO, Ralf Spann:
"We added Fitch in 2021 before the disposal of our portfolio in Sweden, Denmark and Germany Given our strong financial position, there is no need for two ratings."
