Oscar Properties Holding hereby announces that the holders of the Company's senior unsecured bonds have applied to the Stockholm District Court for the Company to be declared bankrupt. The amounts due for payment amount to approximately SEK 884 million. The company is conducting a dialogue with the bondholders to find a solution.
