Sweden — Skanska invests about EUR 54M in the office building Sthlm 04 in Stockholm with a total leasable area of ​​about 12,000 square meters.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with Omsorgsbygg to build a nursing home in Oslo. The contract is worth about EUR 44M.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the property Sjösättningen 1 in Malmö for EUR 28M. The building containing a pre-school and a retirement home has been developed by Skanska Sweden.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Studio in Malmö to Kungsleden. The transfer of the property is scheduled for May 2018.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract for the acquisition of building rights for housing in in Gothenburg, Sweden. The property value amounts to about MSEK 290.

Sweden — Skanska sells the hotel project Gradienten, which will be built in central Jönköping for about EUR 43M. The buyer is Balder.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with the City of Helsinki to build the Urban Environment House in Helsinki.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a nursing home under construction in Gothenburg for about EUR 25M. The buyer is property fund managed by Northern Horizon and Ambea will become the tenant.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with Bane NOR Eiendom to build a conference hotel in Drammen. The contract is worth EUR 32M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter 2017.

Sweden — Fabege has commissioned Skanska to build the Hammarby Terrassen property, and the project will be run as a collaborative venture.
