One industrial property is located in Ljungby next to E4 with a building area of 8,359 square meters and a land area of 81,529 square meters. The building was built in 2018 and is leased to Kalmar Solutions AB, a company within Kalmar Global, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. The remaining lease term is 14 years. The seller is United Bankers from Finland. Occupancy will take place during the first quarter of 2025.
The other property consists of a vacant industrial building in Marks municipality of 6,500 square meters. Emilshus has signed a ten-year lease agreement with Malwa Forest, a company that manufactures machinery for the forest industry. The property is undergoing extensive renovation to become a modern industrial/warehouse property. Access to the property has been granted. The tenant will move into the premises when the renovation is complete, estimated for summer 2025.
