Sanna Yliniemi has extensive experience in operational and commercial management positions in the real estate business for Citycon in Finland, Sweden and Norway.

Senate Properties has four regions, whose task is to manage and develop customer relationships in their region, produce services related to the maintenance of real estate assets and new and renovation construction. The Southern Finland region is the smallest of these in terms of area, but the largest in terms of the number of properties and customers. The total rentable apartment area is 1.1 million square meters and the number of buildings is 600. Rental turnover in 2024 was 314 million euros. The region’s customers include ministries, central government administration, and research and art institutions. Many of the properties in the region are historic and valuable, such as the House of Estates, the State Art Museum properties, and the Finnish National Opera.
