Commenting on the transaction, PFA Pension states: “The properties have delivered strong returns to our customers for many years, and we have now chosen to sell them at an attractive price to an investor for whom the properties represent a very good strategic match,” says Peter Morgan, Head of Real Estate at PFA.

By acquiring Dampfærgevej 26 and Dampfærgevej 28, Jeudan strengthens its presence in the Søndre Frihavn area, where the real estate and service company now owns ten major properties comprising approximately 90,000 sqm of commercial space and around 1,000 parking spaces.

“After a period with limited investment opportunities, we are pleased to be able to undertake new property acquisitions within our geographical focus area of Copenhagen,” says CEO Per W. Hallgren of Jeudan A/S.

“Prime locations with access to the Metro and S-train, flexible leasing terms, and services such as bistro arrangements and parking rank high on customers’ wish lists, and with the properties on Dampfærgevej we can offer even more clients precisely that in northern Copenhagen,” continues Per W. Hallgren.

Dronningens Tværgade 9, Copenhagen K, complements Jeudan’s existing properties in Dronningens Tværgade, where the real estate and service company also owns numbers 4, 7, 8 and 14. With this acquisition, Jeudan expands its presence in Frederiksstaden, where the company also acquired Sankt Annæ Plads 3 in October 2025 and Bredgade 73 earlier in the year for a total of DKK 206 million.

With the latest acquisitions, Jeudan’s total investments now exceed DKK 37 billion and approximately 1 million sqm. The properties from PFA Pension will be taken over as of 1 December 2025, and the transaction was facilitated by Colliers.

“We look forward to welcoming new customers to Jeudan and to offering even more businesses the services that allow them to focus on what they do best – running their company,” concludes Per W. Hallgren.
