Together with Corem’s other ongoing project in New York, 1245 Broadway, the total annual contract value for all signed leases in the US amounts to approximately USD 24 million and the occupancy rate in the project properties 1245 Broadway and 28&7 amounts to 77 and 100 percent, respectively.

Corem has two ongoing projects in New York. 28&7, a 12-story office building with approximately 9,300 square meters of leasable space, located on the corner of 7th Avenue and 28th Street in Chelsea and 1245 Broadway, an office building with approximately 17,500 square meters of leasable space spread over 23 floors, located on the corner of Broadway and 31st Street. Both buildings are LEED Gold certified and offer both ground floor service and state-of-the-art office space with the latest air quality technology and touchless systems. The properties have been designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and developed in collaboration with GDS Development Management (GDSNY).

“It is incredibly gratifying to have completed the leasing work in one of our two fine project properties in New York. Within the next few months, all floors in 28&7 will be occupied by our total of fifteen office tenants and two restaurants on the ground floor. The building now has a number of fine businesses active in, for example, fintech, music and AI, and also with a Scandinavian element which is fun. Now we are focusing on also leasing the last remaining floors of our second project, 1245 Broadway,” said Rutger Arnhult, Corem’s CEO.
