Thomas Børnich has 18 years of management experience from the Armed Forces and the real estate industry. He comes from the role of General Manager at Pilares Eiendom, where he has had overall responsibility for the company since 2020. Previously, he has held roles such as Project Director and Project Director and Regional Director at JM Norge and worked as a property developer at Stor-Oslo Eiendom. He has also been chairman of the board of a number of development companies. Thomas Børnich is 43 years old and lives in Oslo. He holds a degree in civil engineering from NTNU and has officer training from the Norwegian Air Force.
