The production of the apartments in the new Radiokatu district will start in the first quarter of 2025, and sales will begin in the first half of 2025. The apartments will be in a prime location next to Helsinki’s Central Park and are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
“JM plans to build a total of 600 apartments in Pasila and we are very much looking forward to starting production in Radiokatu, where the apartments in the first project will be offered to the private market,” says Teppo Isokangas, Regional Manager East, JM Finland.
Pasila is a district in the northern part of central Helsinki and is also a major transport hub whose railway station is the second busiest in Finland with approximately 130.000 people passing through daily. The area is located four kilometers from the center of Helsinki.
