The property consists of 5,925 sqm storage and administrative office on a 12,600 sqm plot. The property is strategically located in Stangnes, the main logistics area in Harstad, close to main road and 10 min drive from the city centre. Stangnes has the largest cargo port in Harstad and is a hub for cargo freight in the North.

The acquisition strengthens ABP's presence in Northern Norway, where ABP owns several mission critical industrial properties in Hammerfest, Tromsø and Sandnessjøen.
