Winning the public bid, Nordisk Renting will acquire a 13 467 sqm social and health care services property located at Tipotie 4 from the City of Tampere. Constructed in 2013, the building offers modern, high-quality, and technically first-class facilities for a wide range of wellbeing services. The property is in an excellent location, only 2km from the centre of Tampere, in the Amuri district.
