Croisette advised the buyer in the acquisition of the properties Näverluren 1 and 2. The properties are currently fully leased to Dagab and Mekonomen and comprise a total of just over 3,500 square metres. The seller is Swisslife AM Nordic.

Since the late 1990s, Hammarviken has acquired and managed properties in the Gothenburg region. The company’s commercial property portfolio primarily consists of office, warehouse, and retail space. It has also expressed interest in acquiring properties in other parts of Sweden for use by its various subsidiaries.
