A sales agreement has been signed with SEFAB concerning a fully developed care home on the leasehold Älta 37:5. The sale is taking place at book value, with a purchase price of approximately SEK 200 million. Possession, which is conditional upon the new ground lease fee gaining legal force, is expected on June 18, 2025. The completed project has been reported under the property management segment, which serves as a complement to Besqab’s core business.
“We are pleased to hand over a high-quality care home, operated by a well-regarded provider, to a stable and long-term property owner such as SEFAB. The project was completed in 2018 and offers private apartments combined with communal areas and a pleasant outdoor environment that promotes active social interaction,” says Magnus Andersson, CEO of Besqab.
