The properties have an economic occupancy rate of 99 percent and are leased to well-known tenants such as Ryds Glas, Renta, Mekonomen, Laholms Stål and Axess Logistics. The properties were accessed during the second quarter 2025 except one property, that will be accessed on July 1, 2025.
