The acquired properties are Helsingborg Topasen 7 and Helsingborg Beryllen 1. With these acquisitions, the fund continues its expansion within light industrial, warehouse, and office segments in the Greater Copenhagen Region.

“Our geographic focus is on Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg, and these acquisitions complement our portfolio effectively. Thanks to our existing management structure, we can integrate the properties into our operations quickly and cost-efficiently. Amaron has a clear sustainability strategy, and our goal is to obtain environmental certifications for our properties in order to provide energy-efficient premises while contributing to a better society. We look forward to developing close partnerships with our tenants,” says Martin Mildner, CEO of Amaron Real Estate and Fund Manager at Amaron Fund Management.
