The property Sejlaren is located at Sveavägen 25, directly adjacent to Hötorget. The property was built in the 1930s in functionalist style and comprises a total of approximately 10,200 square meters of office and retail space. It is now clear that Blykalla AB will take over from existing premises at Sveavägen 32 and establish itself in Sejlaren 7. JO will also establish itself in the property during the time that their regular premises at Västra Trädgårdsgatan 4A are being renovated.

Blykalla AB is a Swedish company that develops small modular nuclear reactors. Blykalla took possession of its premises on March 1.

JO is reviewing that the Swedish authorities are working in accordance with the laws and regulations that govern their work. JO will take possession of its premises on August 1.
