“This is a great project situated on an elevated site in Sandsliåsen. We will be creating a vibrant neighbourhood with terraced houses and apartments surrounding – and partially built on top of – a new parking structure. The homes at Sandsli will enjoy a quiet setting close to nature, while still offering short walking distance to the light rail, shops, fitness facilities and workplaces. A central community square will be established between the buildings, featuring playground equipment, green areas and social zones designed for both children and adults.

Construction work will commence in March, with planned completion in December 2027. In total, Veidekke’s contract with Selvaag Bolig includes the construction of 206 homes distributed across four apartment blocks, six point houses and 15 terraced houses. Subsequent construction phases will be initiated in line with sales progress.
The assignment is included in Veidekke’s order backlog for the fourth quarter of 2025.
