The annual rental value amounts to MSEK 19, and the average remaining lease term is 3.9 years. The properties have an economic occupancy rate of 100 percent, with well-established tenants such as Casall AB, Café Bar Sverige AB, and Solar Sverige AB. The properties will be accessed during the fourth quarter of 2025.

 

The acquired properties are located in Norrköping, directly adjacent to the E4 highway in Jursla, Ingelsta, and Butängen. The acquired building right is situated in Ingelsta in the Tråden block, where Emilshus already owns properties.
