The assets generate stable cash flows from a mix of public and private operators, including the Kuopio Christian Daycare & School Support Association, the City of Haapavesi, and Sunshine Early Learning Centre, with a WAULT of approximately 19.5 years.

The assets are located in strong micro-locations in Kuopio, Haapavesi, and Tampere in areas with solid demand for modern, high-quality educational facilities. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 3,600 square metres, with capacity for nearly 500 students and children.
All assets are built to high sustainability standards, featuring log-frame construction, EPC rating A, and environmental certifications including LEED Silver and BREEAM In-Use Very Good.
