In Oslo, sales and move-in are underway, and completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
“We are pleased to begin production of Granstangen Park, which is much needed for the housing supply in Oslo,” says John Ivar Mejlænder-Larsen, Regional Manager Oslo, JM Norway.
This start of production is the first of four stages in the Granstangen Park project, which is part of the development of the Karihaugveien 22 area with 277 JM homes in ongoing production. JM will build a total of approximately 600 homes in the area.
Fana is a central district in the southern part of Bergen. Here, the project will consist of three building blocks with underground garages and two premises for commercial use. Sales are also underway here, and move-in is expected to start at the turn of the year 2027/2028. Completion is expected in the first half of 2028.
“We are pleased to be able to begin production of JM's Michelsen project in Bergen. The Paradis area is one of the city's most sought-after areas and here JM offers a varied range of homes in different sizes, also with a roof terrace with a fantastic view of the Bergen archipelago”, says Maria Hagman, Regional Manager Vest, JM Norway.
Both production starts are reported within the JM Norway business segment in the fourth quarter of 2025.
