It was recently confirmed that Ericsson has renegotiated and extended its lease with Vasakronan for 19,000 square metres in the Modemet 1, Building 9 property. The agreement has been extended until 31 January 2031.

“Ericsson is a key stakeholder with a strong presence in Kista and, as such, an important contributor to the area. Together with Ericsson, the City of Stockholm and other stakeholders, we continue to build on Kista’s many strengths in order to further develop the district,” says Anna Reinfeldt, Head of Stockholm at Vasakronan.
