The property is located in a prime location in the centre of Helsinki at Kaisaniemenkatu 7. The building, known as the Kauppapalatsi, was built in 1928 and is currently mainly leased to Scandic. Other premises in the building include office space on the second floor, street-level retail space and a gym in the basement. The property has a leasable area of approximately 6,700 square metres.
