Balder has started the year with the acquisition of eight modern warehouse and production properties. The energy-efficient properties are located primarily in areas that are already familiar to us throughout Finland. The capital region was further strengthened by two new properties in this segment.

The properties are designed for individual users and are currently rented by well-known players such as Euromaster, Ahlsell and Doka.

The deal strengthens Balder's position as an owner of high-quality warehouse properties in Finland.
