The property being sold is located in the Pasila district in Helsinki and consists of 42 residential units. Production will start in the second quarter of 2026 and completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2027. This transaction is the fourth in order among the residential projects that JM has sold to Icecapital in 2026, corresponding to a total of 308 residential units.

The transaction will take the form of a corporate sale, and revenue and profit will be recognized gradually over the course of the project within the JM Finland business segment starting in the second quarter of 2026. Payment will be received continuously until completion.

The Pasila district is located north of Central Helsinki and is a major transport hub with the second busiest railway station in Finland.

“We are pleased to continue the development of our new residential block in Pasila, where JM will build a total of 600 residential units. This project will offer high-quality homes in an excellent location only four kilometers from the center of Helsinki,” says Markus Heino, Business Unit Manager JM Finland.
