Since 2021, Panattoni has built a stable, scalable platform in Sweden and Denmark, with close to 20 employees and seven completed buildings in Sweden totalling 239 000 sqm. At the same time, new projects are being developed in, among other places, Ringsted, Denmark and Mölnlycke, Sweden.

As the business enters its next phase, the company’s Managing Director, Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell is stepping down from his role.

“We have built a strong operation in Sweden and Denmark with a team that delivers across the entire value chain. With that foundation in place, we are now ready for the next step in our Nordic expansion,” says Andreas Gibrand, Business Manager, Panattoni Sweden.

The Swedish operations will continue to be led by the Swedish management team, in strengthened collaboration with Panattoni Europe. Overall leadership responsibility for Panattoni Nordics remains with Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner, Panattoni DACH & Nordics.

“We have a strong team in place in the Nordics with a proven ability to deliver deals from idea to completed property. Now we are accelerating our development activities in the region to ensure we continue to be responsive to the changing needs of our clients,” says Fred-Markus Bohne.

Panattoni continues to strengthen its long-term commitment to the Nordic markets, developing state-of-the art industrial, logistics and data centre properties with a focus on  strong relationships and reliable execution.
