The shares consist of 10,400,000 Class A shares and 24,600,000 Class B shares, corresponding to 5.30 percent of the share capital and 10.04% of the voting rights in Wallenstam AB.

Following the transfer, Hans Wallenstam holds, through companies, 58,600,000 Class A shares and 73,800,000 Class B shares in Wallenstam AB, corresponding to 20.06 percent of the share capital and 51.51 percent of the voting rights in the company.
