Scandinavia’s largest online retailer and distributor for gaming and e-sports equipment MAXFPS – which trades globally as MaxGaming – has taken DC3.2, a total of 8,585 sqm. Its new facility includes 7,200 sqm of warehousing with a 609 sqm mezzanine as well as 776 sqm office and staff facilities.

Logistics specialist Elanders, which is active in printing and packaging, has taken DC2, a total of 5,007 sqm, which comprises 4,002 sqm of high-quality, modern warehousing plus a 374 sqm mezzanine, and 631 sqm of offices and staff facilities.

E4 Park Rosersberg has direct connections to the E4 motorway, with  journey time to Central Stockholm of 30 minutes and the city’s primary airport, Arlanda, reachable within ten minutes. Extending to 31,435 sqm in total, it has been designed to reach the BREEAM Very Good sustainability standard.

The park was originally developed by Verdion with Tritax EuroBox, with Brookfield Properties taking ownership of the asset in December 2024 when it acquired the Tritax EuroBox business.

Fredrik Salman, Investment Director at Verdion, said: “These deals are clear early signals of an increasingly strong logistics leasing market in Northern Stockholm. Demand for modern, well-located properties is growing as tenants begin to make decisions again. There is particularly strong interest in high quality warehouses where sustainability and efficiency have been a priority right from the start of planning and development.”
