Endress+Hauser will relocate to Fabege’s former local headquarters, which was named Sweden’s Most Attractive Office in 2023 by Fastighetssverige. The premises comprise 1,030 square metres of office space and 365 square metres of workshop and storage facilities. The company will lease the premises largely in their existing condition, with only minor adaptations to meet its operational requirements.

“We are delighted to welcome Endress+Hauser to Solna Business Park. The combination of modern office space, workshop facilities, and an exceptional transport location creates excellent conditions for the company’s continued growth and development,” says Sofia Ranji, Head of Leasing at Fabege.

Endress+Hauser is a global leader in measurement instruments, services, and solutions for the process industry. The Swedish company was established in 1967 and today employs approximately 85 people, with its headquarters in Stockholm and regional offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, Sundsvall, and Piteå.

“For us, it was important to find premises that could efficiently bring together our various functions while providing suitable conditions for office operations, workshop activities, and logistics. Solna Business Park offers a solution that meets our operational needs while also providing an attractive working environment for our employees. We also appreciate that the premises already feature a well-considered design, incorporating sustainable material choices and solutions that feel both modern and built for the long term,” says Stefan Björkegren, Managing Director of Endress+Hauser AB.
