Swedish property investor Fastighets AB Balder has acquired an office and car sales property from Veritas Pension Insurance in the Veromies district in Vantaa.
The property is entirely occupied by K-Auto Oy. In addition to car sales premises, the property also comprises the head office of K-Auto Oy.
Earlier this year Balder has already acquired 10 car sales properties in Finland in two portfolio transactions. HPP acted as legal advisor to the seller.
