Entra Sells Stake of Stavanger Property

Norway — Entra has sold 50 percent of the property Nytorget 1 in Stavanger to Hinna Park Eiendom AS for a total asset value of NOK 92 million, representing a premium of 21 percent compared to book values as of 31 December 2020.

The transaction is structured as a sale of shares in Nytorget 1 AS. Hinna Park Eiendom AS is 50 percent owned by Entra and is consolidated in Entra’s financial reporting.

Closing is expected to take place 1 May 2021.
