Cofinimmo Acquires Care Home in Turku

Finland — Cofinimmo, together with its investment manager Mirabel Partners Oy acquired a nursing and care home property of 68 beds from property development company FinCap for approximately EUR 15 million.

The nursing and care home is currently under construction in Turku, in the Linnanfältti area. It will have a total lettable area of approximately 3,700 sqm.

The property is pre-let to Nonna Group. The project is expected to be completed in Q3/2022.
