The centre was mainly built in the 1970s and 1980s and the latest renovations were carried out in the 2020s.

Ovaro divests shopping centre property in Jyväskylä

Listed property company Ovaro has sold the shopping centre Forum in the Jyväskylä city centre area in two separate transactions. The shopping centre building was sold to Järvi-Suomen Asunnot Oy for EUR 4.2 million, and the property plot was sold to Royal House Oy for EUR 4.9 million.
